Instead of buying new pieces, exchange your existing clothes and extend their life!
Clothing swap & presentation + workshops
On May 27, within the framework of a free event organized by Budapest Metropolitan University, you can get rid of clothes you no longer wear and acquire new treasures in the name of sustainability.
During the event, university students and anyone else who is interested are welcome to attend, where we will be waiting with workshops, a fashion show, and presenters.
How?
Bring your unnecessary clean clothes, jewelry or accessories that are in good condition. It doesn't have to be branded or sustainable, and men's, women's and children's clothes are all welcome.
Drop off your clothes at the entrance of the building, then choose from the items already on display. You can bring and wear as many clothes as you’d like, but try to find a balance.
The pieces left over after the clothing swap will be donated to the Budapest Metropolitan Organization of the Hungarian Red Cross, who are also happy to accept toy donations. If you can, please bring a toy and place it in the collection box next to the entrance.
Purpose: Entertainment, with a more conscious and sustainable consumer approach.
