TE-lep: drawable children textiles
Some of art historians believe that the drawings of kids are pieces of art. The drawings on paper are vulnerable, this is why I decided to create drawable children textile. Nowadays anyone can get tools for drawing on textile (fabric marker, fabric crayon). The parents can easily get these, and the children can draw on their own bedding or curtain. I designed the patterns based on kids’ drawings. The two bedding set – the pillow cases and the bed sheets – are made by screen printing.
