Daniel Füzes' diploma film “The Law / The Buzz”, won the Best Fiction Film at the 40th Palermo SFF - Sport Film Festival!

Dániel Füzes Motion Picture Artist graduated in 2018 with his master’s diploma film, The Buzz, which was nominated for several categories in the Palermo Sport Film Festival.
The SFF - Sport Film Festival, held between January 20 and 24, 2020, nominated the movie in five categories: Fiction, Editing (Nándor Grőger), Photography (Gábor Szentiványi), Directing (Dániel Füzes), and Actor (Márk Nagy).
The Sport Film Festival is in its 40th edition in Palermo, Italy. With films focusing on sports, the festival was open for movies made between 2016 and 2019. The five-day festival screened all of the selected films. The Buzz was screened on January 22nd morning.
Daniel's film was most recently screened at the Turkish Uşak Kanatlı Denizatı Kısa Film Festival in early December and was featured in the Dunedin International Film Festival, but was also recognized by the international film profession in November in the 14th Cyprus International Film Festival - Golden Aphrodite CYIFF. It received the GOT TALENT award at the award ceremony in Nicosia.
The Buzz has previously received a special “FM90 Campus Radio” award from the Malter Film Festival. In September, it also won the CineNewWave Award for Young Domestic Filmmakers at the 16th CineFest International Film Festival in Miskolc. The International Film School Festival of Tetouan (Morocco), also nominated Daniel's and also got the third place at the 6th Savaria Film Festival and also won the Special Prize at the Slow Film Festival. The film's main character, Márk Nagy, also won two awards for his role in Dániel Füzes's film: The Best Hungarian Actor at the 2019 Fresh Meat Budapest International Short Film Festival and the Best Male Actor at the 64th National Independent Film Festival
