Paper on Nigerian cousine- written by METU Tourism student and Embassy of Nigeria
Nigeria is celebrating 60 years of independence with a series of activities and a specially designed logo.
As part of the celebrations, one of our Tourism and Catering BSc students, Debby-Julie Omotola Tosan, has co-edited a paper issued by the Nigerian Embassy of Budapest titled "Food Culture and Couisine in Nigeria".
The paper shares valuable details regarding the food industry of Nigeria, along with colorful illustrations, traditional and innovative recipes and chef bios.
