What can you learn on the Commerce and Marketing program? 

I chose Commerce and Marketing so that I could get relevant knowledge, to be able to apply his knowledge immediately, and so that I can be competitive in the European market. 

I always had feeling that marketing was my passion, and that it is exactly in this field where I can reach my professional goals. In the process of learning, among other things, I realized that this direction was indeed very attractive and interesting for me.   

Is Commerce and Marketing the right program for me? 

As a student majoring in Commerce and Marketing, you can get all the necessary, fundamental skills and knowledge which can help you earn money as soon as possible. Here you will get all the knowledge you need: the fundamentals that are always needed for a solid foundation, and you can dive deep into the depths of marketing.

Why study at METU? 

Many things are cool about this university: the professors, its location, the quick and clear work of all departments whenever you need to solve an issue or get documents in the shortest time possible. The style and presentation of the course materials are designed to make sure students can figure it all out, and the whole study experience is fun. It's also possible to do different activities for free: sports, movies, rock climbing, and there’s even a group for gamers.  

I found all these things to be invaluable, and METU certainly exceeded my expectations. 

Favorite course

My favorite course was Digital Marketing Solutions, which always and exclusively contained useful information, and where we were able to gain a lot of practical experience. It really was a subject with essential lessons and many practical assignments, built up in a way so that we could both comprehend the materials, understand them even better, try these out and put them into practice right away. It was definitely one of the best subjects I've had. 

Favorite teacher 

Gábor Rekettye helped me a lot in understanding the concepts of marketing which I am also using in my daily life. He has a real passion for his field, and he is able to explain everything in a simple, clear and understandable way, with elemental examples. He gives us knowledge that will stay with us forever.
