World Yoga Day
Yoga means unity of the mind and body that is what we are aiming for on our classes. We mindfully practice each yoga asanas so we can create a perfect coordination between the mind and the body. Therefore our classes are really relaxing and regenerating in every sense. We also practice breathing techniques and learn how to quiet the mind, so student’s usually find it really useful in the midst of their superactive everyday life and challenges. Next semester we will continue our classes in our yoga studio, hopefully we will meet you there. METU wishes you Happy World Yoga Day
